Anyway, our thanks to the people who put on the Metro Cruise. They did a great job. And, by the way, what we saw was early in the day, Saturday. I heard that it was bumper to bumper classic cars around 6pm. So if you ever want to take in a great cruise, the 28th Street Metro Cruise is the one to do! Let Detroit keep theirs!!

The cruise was well patrolled by the Wyoming, Kentwood, Grandville, Grand Rapids and the Michigan State Police. There must have been 40 PD cars that passed us. NO BURNOUTS, BOYS!!

The following are some of the cars/trucks parked in the lot we were in. There were 150 other lots like ours and much bigger at Berger Chevrolet, both Woodland and Centerpoint Mall, Rogers Plaza etc. etc. etc.......

Right, it isn't a classic car, nor is it even old. But what a cool bike!!! Thought I would throw these pictures in. Check out the CHROME!!

This is a 350 diesel engine in this T-bucket. First diesel I have seen in a T-bucket!

The owner of this car was telling me how he picked this up as a "bucket case" and made a cool hot rod. Chopped it, built a frame, and there it is. It was a real challenge!! Not as easy as what I say!!

Well, another great car event. Leave a comment if you would like. Simply click on the "comments" word below and follow the instructions. I would love to hear from the owners of some of the cars featured in this post. Come on guys! Let me know you are looking!!
